Muchas gracias!

    HAMETZ SALE
As we prepare our homes for Pesach, we include the ritual of M’Chirat Hametz, the ancient tradition of selling hametz. Even though your hametz (all non‐Passover goods, dishes and utensils) has been put away, those items are still in your possession. The restriction of Passover requires that these items not remain in your possession. To fulfill this requirement, we sell our hametz. This sale can be either in person or by completing the Contract below. Having received your power of attorney to sell your hametz, Rabbi Stephen Leon will sell it on your behalf while the items remain in your homes or stored away.
Another tradition is called "Ma`ot Hitim" and requires us to support those who help us observe the observance of Passover including the selling of Hametz. In this case we ask your support of the Anusim Center and Synagogue by donating to this unique and important house of worship for our Jewish community. We recommend a minimal donation of $10. You can donate by sending a check to Rabbi Stephen Leon at 321 Sundown Pl. El Paso, Texas 79912. As we prepare for Pesach, please fulfill the Mitzvah of these traditions.

    Contract for Selling Hametz
I hereby authorize Rabbi Stephen Leon to be my agent to sell all kinds of hametz including, but not limited to, any leavened food, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils used with leavened food which may be in my possession at the address below. I further understand that this contract must be concluded before April 1st at 9:00am to be valid.

Please email a check as we don't have a PayPal available right now. Thank you!
